Francesa instalada no Pico com a sua família desde 2017, Isabelle Clerc fez escola em Lisboa para aprender a técnica da pintura típica da Azulejaria Portuguesa conhecida há mais de 500 anos. Reconhecida pelo CRAA, trabalha em pintura figurativa para contar histórias sobre os seus azulejos: o polvo de Manhenha, o cachalote do Canal, o farol da Ponta da Ilha, o caranguejo do Calhau ... venha conhecê-los, eles têm muito à dizer sobre o arquipélago inspirador!
French woman living in Pico since July 2017, Isabelle trained in Lisbon to learn the typical painting of Portuguese Azulejaria as it has been known for 500 years.
Recognized by the CRAA, she chooses figurative painting in her studio at the end of the island to better tell stories using little pieces of earthenware: the Octopus from Manhenha, the Sperm Whale Canal, the lighthouse of Ponta da Ilha ... come meet them, they have all something to tell you about their archipelago so inspiring!
Française installée à Pico depuis juillet 2017, Isabelle a suivi une formation à Lisbonne pour maîtriser la peinture typique de l’Azulejaria portugaise telle qu’on la connaît depuis 500 ans.
Reconnue par le CRAA, elle travaille le figuratif dans son atelier au bout de l’île pour mieux raconter des histoires sur la faïence: le poulpe de Manhenha, le cachalot du Canal, le phare de Ponta da Ilha … venez les rencontrer, ils ont tous quelque chose à vous dire de leur archipel tellement inspirant!
